FIRST GENERATION — 1960

The Foundation

In the 1960s, in the charming town of Haldwani, our grandfather, Late Sardar Attar Singh Chawla, introduced a culinary masterpiece that would stand the test of time — Kali Mirch Chicken, now fondly known as Cream Chicken.

Crafted with a distinctive blend of milk and cream instead of conventional heavy spices, this dish offered a rich, delicate flavor unlike anything people had experienced before. What began as a humble creation in a family kitchen quickly captured hearts, turning into a celebrated local legend and laying the foundation for a legacy that continues to delight generations.
